Hey guys, even i am facing the same issue. At first it worked well. The down. speed was good and DTR was decent to 200kbps but now its drastically reduced to snail speed. And making lots of complaints, there is no solution. These illeterate fools and bastards don't even know what's broadband and why people require speed. All these bloody govt. officials they never work and they don't want to take any action at all. You guys have any idea of what can be done as i am pissed of with this kind of service. They are bullshiting as. Guys any idea of escalating this matter, plz share it.
