Complaint about broadband

Dear sir

I wanted to inform you that i am the user of mtnl broad band, my telephone no is 011-25615997, i have problem with the broad band more than a month, some time it work's and some time not. The link also break down oftenly, but now it is completely not working from last week, i was complaint about it in call centre and to the area manager many times but situation is still the same.

Please take some action immediately.
