our broad band connection was activated on 22.09.2008.

we are also enjoying the IPTV facility provided in tri-band plan.

while scrutinising our account summary history details, we have come to know

that abnormal bytes are being consumed of our internet limit. The details

show that the internet is being used for 7 to 10 hours daily, which we are not doing.

the telephone numbers appear in our profile for history summary of the account

is not understandalble. We apprehand that for what ever time we are using

our IPTV the internet connection is consuming.

Kindly get it rectified immediately.
