Dear Sir,
I have been repeatedly complaining to the MTNL Broadband department (1504) for the past month that my broadband is not working.
Their response has repeatedly been to contact the Area Manger beause my line does not have sufficient voltage. The Area Manager is impossable to contact. Even reaching the General Manager has been futile. all I've been doing is running around in circles calling up virtual mtnl offices, running up a real bill and reaching nowhere.
It's like purchasing a branded home appliance and the Company tells me that the motor that was oputsourced is faulty and I should take my complaint to the outsourced vendor.
