Respected sir,
1. I am a broad band user under my phone No. 26146678 and CA No. 2033221385. I have a land line only incoming plan for
Rs 125/- and a Rs 399/- plan for 700 MB.
2. I personally met GM BCP, on 02 Aug 08 and made him aware about my following ongoing problems :-
(a) Frequent breaks/interruptions in my broad band
service, even after each 2 minutes, for the last two
months.
(b) Not been provided toll free No 1504 and others, to
complain about my broad band problems.
(c) Spellings of my name have been written incorrectly in
my account, causing my inability to produce my internet
bill as address proof and problems in getting my refunds
back, on disconnection of my services
3. He assured me to look after the above mentioned problems personally and get those rectified soon but sorry to say that nothing concrete has been done to rectify any of the said problem. Frequent breaks/interruptions are still there. I have not yet been provided toll free No. 1504 and others, to complain about broad band services
4. May I still have any hope to get redress of my said problems or face the same for indefinite period and curse my fate only.
