Change of telephone set

the above said no was connected in october with simple telephone set . the lineman promised to change the set with clip facility on 01/11 as the same was requested at the time of applying for the connection.kindly change the set as promised.

Same complaint was submitted with your email id [email protected] on 05/11 but no action has been taken at your end. requesting an early solution to the problem.
