MTNL Broadband - Unlimited Plan
Overcharging by MTNL since July

I had opted for MTNL Broadband in July towards my MTNL's landline phone number 011-22247641 . The plan was converted to unlimited which MTNL also confirmed from their records.

However, every month their is overcharging from MTNL since July.

I approached their senior officer at Laxmi Nagar and followed-up for 2 months. But no result. I was asked to lodge a complaint with their Dy GM .

It is causing me financial loss and a lot of my valuable time is also lot in this long process. Till now the problem is unresolved in MTNL billings.
