I am Siva Purushothaman staying in Sector 22, Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai. I am terribly upset with MTNL broadband services offered at our location. For the last one month, our broadband is down and am still paying the minimum charges of Rs. 500/-. Myself and my wife made several calls to MTNL service team and each time, they give us complaint number but no one turned up or gave us a return call to sort out our problem. Most importantly, every time we call up, they say that our complaint (number) was not registered in their system. To sort out this issue, we made several visits to MTNL office personally to complain but every time, they promise us to attend but in vain. Even we met higher authority and he complained us why we did not try to meet him before. Even his promises to sort out the problem gone in air. I am still struggling to get back our connection.
