Broadband not working properly

Dear Team

This is with reference to my Phone no: 011-2735413. I have been facing problems with MTNL since 6 months now. I ve been complaining about the same at their office but all in vein.

Connection does'nt work properly. even After repeated complaints I don't think MTNL values their customer as other private players do.

Being a Govt Manged Deptt. they are least bothered and I think this is the reason they are facing a tough time these days and let me tell you if this attitude continues. thing are going to be worse for MTNL.

If this problem is not resolved within some time.. I have no choice but to get rid of it as I have lot of choices outside MTNL horizon
