Mtnl is marketing their broadband service by saying that they are providing exact (256 kpbs) speed for their basic plan, but this is not true company is just playing with the consumer rights, in this service segment other companies like (Airtel, Tata Indicom etc) is following the way of ethics because they are showing in their advertisement that they are providing speed of up to (256 kpbs) not like Mtnl exact (256 kpbs) in short we can say Mtnl is making fun of consumer rights they are not selling the service which they are showing, I must say Mtnl should stop making fun of consumer rights.
