Internet not working

Sir

im am using the mtnl brodband and my net is disconnect after avery few minute for 5-10 minutes

i took took the speed of 256kb/s and gettin the speed of 10 to 20 kb/s and sometime it is 2kb, 3kb/s

due to this i am not able to browse google.in before 10 minutes

please solved my problem
