Broadband speed slow

I have a broadband unlimited combo 256kbps coneection

from mtnl. The speed garunteed is 256kbps but I get only 20-30kbps.

I contacted many senior officers but all useless.

If I call one person they give a seperate number and ask me to call on the

other. I have called atleast 20 officers and staff but they just register

my complaint and nothing happens.

I will be the charged the full amount and get no rebate even if my speed

is slow.

Consequences: There is just wastage of my money.

I have to pay around Rs600 but I get such a less speed.
