My phone is dead from 08.04.2009. I have complaints many times but there is no service from the MTNL Dept. Today is 13.04.2009 nothing done till now. I am very sorry to say that your service is very very poor and your workers are very ir-responsible and we are suffered from last 6 days, we are not contact from any body. Today I have also the complaint and complaint no. is 4135. My phone is 011-27321392 this phone was dead from last 6 days.
I am very grateful to you if it is solved today.
