I am a MTNL broadband service user, on 17/ 04 I logged on to the services and found that internet connection was not there in revert I called up customer care on 1504 and filed a complaint regarding the same. Also I would like to lighten up the fact that the so called Customer Care Executive of yours are worthless, illiterate and rude but I am a customer so I’ve to take all the useless services they are providing. The complaint no. dated 17/04/09 is 41602208. I was promised the problem will be solved within 24 hrs.

Next day i.e. 18/04 I was sure nothing would be done regarding the problem as I am experienced enough with your excellent services so I waited till noon and called up the useless call centre no. 1504 and the second complaint no. dated. 18/04 which is 8251. In revert I received a call from MTNL regarding the problem after explaining it I got the response back that we’ll see about it. Well I waited and waited ………….

Then comes 20/04 its Monday and I specially took off from work to get the problem solved. I tried the magical four nos. i.e. 1504 and again had the wonderful experience. This was not enough then I found the contact no. of Mr. A.P. Singh (mandal abhiyanta broadband) spoke to him at 1145 hrs. and gave him all my details, well you must be thinking it should had some instant result. Yes at 1400 hrs. I received a call from broadband services that there is no broadband connection on my number i.e. 29991299, well for your kind information I paid my latest bill of Rs. 2911 on 18/04. This was not the end then I called up the office of G.M. Nehru Place I spoke to a lady named Ms. Pooja, she also did the same, took all the details of this problem and assured to get it rectified.

Well I am typing this text at 0100 hrs of 21/04 and would mail you in the morning from a internet joint, I am telling you this because my old parents cannot go to these joints for communicating with me. I am going to United States tomorrow and I hope you won’t need any more time this is heights of testing somebody’s tolerance. Sir you must be thinking with so many grievances in mind why I am still using your services it is because I don’t want my parents to get this impression from MTNL, the company which provided us our first tele communication source.
