My phone No. is 01122541126, phone is dead since 5/11, i am complaining again & again. but i m not getting any response. And i buy Rs.999 broadband plan. In that plan, mtnl guy said i will get 512kpbs speed, but i never get 25 to 30 kpbd maximum speed, i complain about too so may times. But like others government dept. no positive response.
Everyone enjoy rest and gossip on duty time. It’s very shameful. They are cheating with his/her duty. Beside government paying for to do that work. They are getting money without doing work.
