Why all govt running organisations never respect their customers?
Its been 2 months now since i have registered my first complaint regarding my broadband connection (ofcourse not working) but i did not get any response so i register another complaint to them but again the story was same then after 5 days i reopened the complaint again but in vain. Even i have register a highest priority complaint to them but i dont know why these guys dont find time for their customers.
Let me tell you registering a complaint for broadband is not that easy. If you have an hour free then only you should try because either they are too busy in registering complaint of other users (which means how poor they are in setting up a good network) or they have really a shortage of resources (which again shows how poor they are in managing things). This is really something that should be done on priority because your customers always comes first. Even i am working for an IT company and if we do such things like ignoring our clients complaing then i think our organisation would lose millions of dollars, but here i think it doesn't even matter.
If the situation continues they'll loose all their customers even i will never suggest somebody to take MTNL's broadband connection.
I hope by registering here i would get some response.
