Dear all mtnl customer pl read the complaints, 15 days before mtnl has annouced through adv. that they are launching i p tv, with a hope i booked it on line as well AS through 1500. after 5 days one call came to my cell that i have to keep 2 id at my residence and somebody will collect it, after that my landline phone i.e. 23360042 fall in coma (cable fault). after 18 days when i enquire about it to 1500, they told my order cancelled, i have contact area manager. what a funny service a customer booked his product and he does not have any message about cancellation. still i am waiting for the product and for this i booked again online.
