Broad band Connection

I took a MTNL Broad band connection on 29/10, . It worked till November end and from the beginning of December it did not work at all and in spite of my more than a dozen complaint, even up to AGM (Publlc Grievance), no one bothered and replied and had courtesy to reply. I curse the day that why I opted for MTNL broadband connection
