SIR, I HAVE APPLIED A TELEPHONE CONNECTION WITH BROAD BAND SERVICES IN M/O SEPT. 2008 AND TELEPHONE WAS INSTALLED IN NEXT WEEK AND WORKING SINCE ITS INSTALLATION. BUT BROADBAND CONNECTION NEVER WORKED . ITS ADSL LIGHT BLINKS ALWAYS. DESPITE COMPLAINED TO CUSTOMERCARE AND IN CONCERNED TELEPHONE EXCHANGE NO POSITIVE RESPONSE RECEIVED. LINMEN VISITED AND SHOWS THEIR INABILITY TO RECTIFY THE DEFAULT. MTNL IS CHARGING ITS CHAGE ON MONTHLY BASIS FOR BROADBAND SERVICE WITHOUT PROVIDING SERVICE. MY TELEPHONE NO IS 25050417.
KINDLY HELP ME TO RECTIFY THE DEAULT AND ASK MTNL TO REFUND THE MONEY COLLECTED FROM ME FOR SERVICE NOT PROVIDED TO ME FROM SEP TO YET.
