I have been complaining to MTNL technical support IVR and tehnical support service for the last 3 weeks regarding my internet not workin. I have been told by all the technical support agents that my broadband modem needs to be replaced. I have been waiting for more than 3 weeks now and have received a few calls from the technical support advising me that the modem would be replaced today and tommorow and the next day and this has been happening for the last 1 week. Till date no one has come over to replace the modem. I had called a few times more and i was told that this has been escalated as an urgent request but till date no one has come over to replace the modem. I have been doing the payment for MTNL and Broad band service on time but after this last payment i would not be doing the payment for the broadband service for the next month as my internet was not working. I have also escalated this matter to the MTNL office in Green park and no response from anyone so far. What can i do? Please help.
