That I have received a letter dated 26/09 on dated 25.10.2011 evening at 4:30 Pm and surprise to read as you told the my complan no MTD/CO/1264/ED/98 Date 12/072011 has been settled by your deptt. on the consent of Sh Bakshish singh/Consumer of Telephone who is Taken illigal connection from your deptt, by illigal manner and stated himslef/his wife as owner of telphone address of no 27141180, without any property paper of telephone address,
That Consumer of Telephone no 27141180 and his wife namely Smt Kamlesh merely a Tenant at F.Floor of Telephone Address, already shifted in there own house at B-2, Sardar Nagar Near C.C Colony Delhi-09, and currently they are not residing in the Tenanted premises since DEC, and the tenanted premises is lying vacant.
That Consumer of Telephone no 27141180 Claimed himself as a owner of the property in which your telphone no 27141180 is connected still not working/connected by wire/line since March,
Consumer alleged that his aforesaid Telephone no is working alright till today and on the said submission matter has been solved by your depptt. But the said allegaion is null and void all bonafied submiited documents i.e filed by Consumer of aforesaid telphone no is already become null and void and Voter Id Card also stand infructuous becuase his name is already delete from voter list
KIndly not / do not restore the aforesaid telephone connection without the NOC/consent of Sh Virender kumar Bhardwaj s/o Sh Late Sh Des Raj Bhardwaj R/o H.no-11, Duplex Flat Gurmandi Delhi 7
