Non receipt of Bill no 910109510005242076

My mobile no. is 9868504252. I did not receive ny bill for the month of November (due for payment in December). However, I was able to make the online payment of Rs 808 on 24 Dec though the bill itself was not retreivable online.

But I require the bill please. Several telephone calls to the Customer care have not yielded any results.

Could anybody help.
