Hi,

Wake up guys before it is too late. It is so sorry to see the only public mobile service network has been working so lethargically when so many competitor are in the market which are offering various offers to its customers. I the user of mobile No.9869226858 since the last 6/7 years in the Economy 300 plan have been forced to stick to you’ll even though as much I want to move out because of my number. It’s not that I cannot still change but I am happy for the number I got but overall everything else on your part is disgusting.

You’ll have been these days promoting 3G services but when you’ll actual 2G or GSM network is so horrible. Network goes for a toss especially areas like Mindspace in Malad and other parts of Link road up till Dahisar. I have faced issue with the network even in Churchgate. I see other network holder nicely chatting in elevators whereas your network goes for toss. Each time I have to go for manual network selection to fetch it back. Great going guys. Had I been other networks by now I would have been automatically upgraded based on the long relationship for STD/ISD services just to delight being a customer. But you’ll working in snail pace where do you’ll value customers whether customers comes or goes you’ll are least interested. You’ll want customers to beg before you’ll for basic things. You’ll have been offering these services to Trump customers at peanut rates but for us we have to pay deposit but for what when STD rates have fallen to as low as local call rates and some service providers have gone much lower to it. I am not a person who needs STD or ISD calling but out of sheer respect or value for customer being so long with you’ll I would have felt happy if it was extended to me. Even though when call rates are falling so low when some providers are offering calls on second basis these days.

The rates which I have been having is still high. Infact you’ll don’t come with any schemes unlike other service providers offering based on customer requirements and usage with freebies even attached likefree sms or free local calls to home network or local networks etc etc. When would you’ll change your outdated plans. Or is it that you’ll don’t have a good marketing department or team who could promote or make MTNL services more efficient or is it that marketing dept works only for prepaid customers on Trump network. Wake them up before it is too late coz once number portability arrives I foresee things would be disastrous to you’ll. The government or the TRAI is trying so hard to help public sectors like you’ll to withstand competition but looks like only BSNL is working towards it and you’ll have taken things for granted. Great going guys.

If I have an issue for anything other service providers have given centre’s across to walkin almost working 12 hrs a day. But it is sickening on your part where I have to only go during morning hours leaving work behind at your exchanges to meet up with old or inefficient duds in shanty cabins provided by you’ll and out of which only few are good enough to talk and rest are with arrogance and least of customer service etiquettes. As much did I try to have the number changed in my name as it was ideally bought for me from my father’s name as he doesnot use it but your so called service as informed by me by your guys at an exchange doesnot have the option to have the name change option once it is registered. Why when other service providers do it in a jiffy with whatever documentation required. You’ll would give this same number to somebody else even though registered in my name after few months once it is cancelled but not now. Isn’t it sickening.

Even the MTNL land line rates are so high without and good plans when mobile rates have become so low when things would change. I am sure there might bee thousands of disconnection happening these days when people are preferring to have mobile at home rather than keeping landlines at home because of the call rates or no good plan options.

All I can conclude by saying is come up with a change before it is too very late. Revamp before the time passes by.
