I have purchased a mobile sim from laxmi nagar dealer whose no is 9013265458 and its sim no is 89916881255057472735 on 16/10/09 but my sim was not activated . i have submitted the necessry document to the dealer.

any satisfactory help is not given by the customer support.dealer told that he send the document already. I also go to the SANCHAR HAaT but he told me to talk to dealer.

Please tell me what i have to do to activate my sim.
