NON REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT

I have applied to mtnl delhi sanchar hat for disconnection of icontrol T.V. connection at my telephone no.01127306895 vide their O.B.no.2487/2488 on 11/9/08 but ispite of several reminders they are not refunding the s.d.amount of Rs.999/. As per terms s.d.amount is refundable within 15 days of disconnection.
