My MTNL landline phone (25331985) is not working for the last five days i.e. from 13th May onwards. I have lodged three complaints with MTNL being complaint nos. 1624 dated 13th May, 761 dated 15th May and 334 dated 18th May. The IVR automatically deletes the complaints after two days without getting the phone repaired.
