Internet service not working

Kindly reply me when will be my internet will start after several telephonic talk with you MIDC telephone exchange there is no response from you. you are disconnecting my internet connection from your side still you charge for re-connection. This is wrong from your side. Till today what ever you have charges kindly refund the same or adjust in my next bill.
