I had been complaining MTNL about the frequent disconnection of my internet connection from last 2 years. I am having a broadband and UT-300R2U ADSL Modem provided by MTNL with the connection. I am paying a rent of Rs. 80/- per month as a rent for using this modem. I had also complained them that the ethernet port of the modem is faulty & not working. I want them to take care of this problem or either replace the unit. But even after assuring no one turns to have a look at it. This is the worst kind of service by MTNL.
