Online payment issue

Hi,

i by mistake paid my bill feb twice. I have tried all i can to get my money back but all in vain. They don't have a system. my number is 28680643. MTNL is Mumbai's shame. Its ancient and lack courtsey. Anybody can chose to slam the phone on you at anytime.
