Accel Chennai in SFI Complex, claims to be one of the best Sony Ericsson service center, but their service support is very low from even average. I had given my mobile under warranty for fixing the loud speaker as it was not working. They informed me that it will take 2 days to fix the mobile. Already 5 working days are over and I have not got any communication from them.
Most pathetic is they do not attend to their phone calls at all. I have been trying to reach them from morning but the ring goes on and on...
