I have installed MTNL's TriBand Broadband connection in my house, telphone no. being 011-24641624 at 624, Lodhi Road Complex, New Delhi. Since Wednesday, i.e. 6th May, my internet connection is not working at all and as such I have been complaining on 1504, 011-24618081 & 24638700 daily. Inspite of giving me assurances nobody has come yet to get my connection working.
I want to know this how MTNL takes care of its customers. It's been 5 days since I am being harassad daily. If on Monday i.e. on 18th May nobody from MTNL comes to my house to repair the internet connection, I'll definetely look for the option of consumer forum.
