Dear Sir,

I had taken Internet Connection on 26th Jan 09, they told me that download means saving any matter on the computer initally. But whaen I checked my account they have accounted even for the surfing done, the total download shown was approx 1400MB in 5 days. When I checked with the service engineer Mr Darji Tel.ph no. 0223480500 He says that once we start the net any file u open is accounted as download which is ridiculous. I checked with my friend in Vashi having the same connection there download means the data saved from the net on one's computer. Can anyone explain me what is Download according to Mtnl
