I have been facing the problem of frequent disconnection (sometimes the internet disconnects every 5 minutes) and low bandwidth (lower than 256 kbps occasionally otherwise maximum 256 kbps) since mid June thus making it impossible to surf on the internet.
I had complained on 1504 (MTNL Helpdesk number) in July, some of the complaint nos being 9378 and 7815. After that I have been calling 1504 and other exchange numbers provided by them every 3 4 days to no avail.
I have visited the CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai exchange thrice but no action has been taken.
