Dear Sir/Madam,
I had subscribed for MTNL Triband Connection on 9th August at the Samta Nagar Telephone Exchange bearing Work Order number 7882. Despite of innumerous followups I have not received any help in having the connection setup at my residence in 1-A-904, Whispering Palms, Lokhandwala Complex, Kandivali (E), Mumbai.
They have charged me for installation and commissioning and also by bills have the monthly charge for Triband. The connection is not up and there is no help available to sort this out.
Please suggest further course of action.
