Karbonn Mobiles Very Poor service

I bought a karbonn k331 phone on August 29. The phone had a problem with headphone recognition and I took it to the service centre in calicut.(Accel Frontline Services Limited Door No 1297 C, 1st Floor, Near Gita Automobiles, East Nadakkavu, Calicut, Kerala Ph:09995432922). They told me that they have to send it to Chennai for repair and it would take around 15 days. I was surprized and told them that it is a brand new mobile and I have lots of use with it. But they said that I have no other choice but to wait for 15 days. After 15 days when I went to their office, they gave me the phone but I checked it I found that the problem was not solved and refused to accept it. Then they people told me that it would take another week and they have to send it back to chennai again. I then told them that phone is in a dusty stata and I want it replaced rather than playing with it again. Today (16th October) when I called them they told that they had received the phone and still the problem is not solved. They never called me to gve me any updation but always I had to call them. Now I am asked to wait another four days. I am sure they wont solve the problem this time also. I want an urgent solution to my problem. I want the phone to be replaced at the earliest.
