Dear Sir/Madam

I am Neel Patra. I submitted my Sony ericsson W580i phone in august to Accel- secunderabad. It was returned after 15 days but the bluetooth was still not functioning. I again submitted the phone on 8th sept and I was assured the phone would be returned to me on 22nd sept. On 22nd sept I was told that the internal parts had been sent to Chennai.

It has been going on for a month and still no action seems to be taken. I need my mobile urgently as I would be leaving Secunderabad city by 30th sept.

Please take the required action.
