Dear sir/madam,
From the 15th Nov. 2009 to till now I can't recharge any types of recharge on my MTS no.(9153380144). I also call the customer care (phone no. 155) to solve this problem, but they can't solve. After that I launch a complaint through telephone to customer care on 18th Nov at 02:40:53 PM and the complaint no. is NOV/4647, even they commits that after launching the complaint they are solved it within 12hr. But till now they are not solve my problem. So please help me about this matter.
