PF amount not received

I worked in mukand engineers limited, mumbai from 1998 to 2004.I left MEL in 2004 and submitt my pf withdrawl form in in reply from pf office they quoted your account has been closed earlier, reason not known to me. But recently i received my PF SLIP for year 2006.Till date iam waiting for my pf amount.
