Dear sir i had made new connection of light meter no 0701583493 with custmer no 021513023721 for my house in feb, for which 1st 8mths they didnot send any bill in oct they send consolidate bill of 1280units, whic i had paid in october, again in nov-11 they send full bill of 1398units stating as unpaid previous bill, when i showed the paid bill they prepared temporarily bill & i had paid & said in next bill it will be corrected as i had given them in wirting, also the bill which i had paid in that receipt the name appears was another's name which i showed to them i said we will correct & ok the bill next time. But again the same thingh happen dec-11 also in which units they show 237units was correct but the amount does not tally as they show the previous arreas. again i made correspondence to them again they make tempariorly work & said next time will it ok. Now in the monthof jan-12 the units comes correct 241units but atlast the same amount arreas apears. Sirji what is happening in the system after all when will it corrects, this is simply harrasement to the public even though the bill ic paid in time.
kindly look in to the matter & try to solve the problem as early as possible because the payment date is 27/01.
