BAD VERIFICATION

HI

I take vodafone postpaid conection. but my conection has been diconected due to bed verification . the vodafone`s man came my home and saw other person`s photo . my father told him, it not my son`s photo.then he saw my photo my father told him this is my son. but my conection has been dis conected because my photo is not match.

please help me and remove my problem.
