I'm a Bharatgas consumer residing in Goregaon East, (new address) as i have been shifted under SRA Scheme from Malad East, (old address) with my family in February i have a Bharatgas connection on my mother's name (Smt. Swati Devi Yadav) with Mukta Gas Agency in Malad east, the agecy has stopped delivery of gas cylinder with an agreed reason of change in address. i discussed with the manager of Mukta Gas agency as my mother is not in Mumbai this time and she is uanble to visit mumbai for change in address formalities. the Manager agreed to transfer gas cylender to my new house in goregaon east upon a legal Affidavit and an Authorised NOC letter from my mother. i anyhow arranged to manage these documents with my mother's approval and authorization to submit to Mukta Gas Agency as agreed. (i, m writing this complaint from outside India, i cmpleted above formalities in April on my visit to india in my annual vacation), till now (three months passed) there has no action been taken from Mukta Gas ageny. we have single gas cylinder connection and we are hardly able to manage without cooking gas.
my brother is now following with Mukta gas services for further process. the manager is again asking for presence of my mother to transfer the connection and not ready to provide the gas cylinder anymore.
Please help me and my family out of this hard situation we are facing since February
