EPF transfer not done yet even after 1 yea

Hi Sir,

Kindly help my to get my EPF amount transferred from previous employer ACCENTURE SERVICES PVT. LTD. with PF number Maharashtra/Bandra -- MH/BAN/45665/16781

to current employer Fidelity's PF Account number HR/GGN/25531/8140.

The transfer application was submitted on 31/10with receipt no:71242318. Not yet done. Kindly help. I sent many mails, faxes and post to the Bandra office.

1 year has passed since the transfer was applied and still no response. Now I am not able to see my previous employer Accenture listed in the EPFindia.com website too.
