hello i had ordered a multimedia dual sim mobile phone on 12/8/09. i had recieved it on 17/8/09. as sonn i recieved that product i charged the cell for 2 long and tried enought but it was not charging at all.means the product wa defective so after many calls to india times they sent tnt courirer and collected my defective product to zapp collections.i had sent on 24/8/09..and got this product on 12/9/09. that is 2 day .after so many days .so as 2 day i received it the screen of cell phone was in 2 peice like in v shape.like broken*the cell was not charging 2 so i now have decided not to do anything more about this because i m fed up callling 200 times in india times as poor customer care for enquiry about my product so after replacemnt 2 i had recieved an defective pr second time now i want ull to cancel my ordr and pay my money back to me and take this product.

i request india times to cancel my booking and pay back my money 2as i fed up caliing so many times in india times for enquring about my product they keepp people waiting so long that our money gaets deducted.for calls to customer care 2, ten sending these defective items does not make any sense while u r spoiling u r reputation in market while doind fraud activities, like this while i made calls to customer care many times they ended my call, didnt gave fullinformation, maked me for hold 2 long * plus giving all wrong information to people to making money while fooling people is not goood watc h out...
