Property is getting stolen in Bus

I use to travel daily from National Park to SEEPZ to attend my office in after noon.

Usually I face rush at the time of boarding the bus (498, 524, 491) all non A.C. buses.

Few peaple take advantage of public rush to steal their Phones, purses (Walets), jewelary etc..

I lost my Nokia phone on 19th August'2011 and today 17th Nov'2011 I lost my purse (it include my debit card, PAN card, Fourwheeler licence).

It is not safe travelling in BEST Buses.

What BEST is doing for these kind of complaints.
