It was 9:45 am. I wanted to travel from Yashodham High School to Western express highway and asked the empty rickshaw no. MH02QA356. But I was refused on the same as it would cost him only minimum fare. When asked about his driving licence number, he started shouting at me. There has been manycomplaints about such issues faced daily by citizens of mumbai but i dont think there has been any resolution actioned. I would like to complaint against the driver of the above said rickshaw number as he even resused to tell me his name.
