Non Supply of Books

Dear Sir / Ma'am,

I, Ram Mandavkar, haven't yet received the books and in turn i receive the bitter reply that the books are not going to be supplied and the same has to be bought from outside by myself by my hard earned money.

Please tell me what to do now?
