Non reciept of refund money

I have applied for 210 in no shares vide application no 72801310 & cheque no 070269 of icici bank and has only been alloted 15 in no shares vide refrence no. INE742F01034.

Now my address has also been changed. I have given a fax to the company on 25 feb reference no vikas/01 with my all details of my changed address.

Please get me back my money.
