Street Dogs deemed dangerous at the entrance of my colony

Dear Sir,

There is a group of street dogs in the vicinity of the only way out of our colony. Since our colony has 3 big gates on different areas for rendering protection (security reasons) to us all therefore only one way remains accessible for each and every one of us to move in and out according to our daily needs. But this one way is unfortunately has become a residential place for a group of street dogs which are being sometimes feeded by one or more families residing in the same. Hence the dogs do not harm the persons of these families but others when passes through that area especially via cars and bykes they usually start barking and chase them till the turn comes which goes to the inside of our colony. Sometimes they come in group when a person is passing by byke and start barking at him and comes too close to his legs as it seems they will bite him. Thus I am requesting you to please take immediate action by sending dog catchers and relieve us from something unprecedented but can happen if neglected.
