I have been releved from my company (Accenture Services Pvt Ltd, Mumbai) on 31st March. My PF form is submitted to the PF Office (PF office Address - The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, 341, Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan, Bandra (E), Mumbai - 400 051) on 23 June. When ever i check my status it shows form not submitted.
