I am one of the custemer client of "Murthy Gas Services", owned by Mr. Krishnamurthy. The address of the outlet: Murthy Gas Services, Station Road, Oorgaum, Kolar Gold Fields, PIN: 563120, Kolar district, Karnataka. My customer No: 9387.
On 16, November we booked for a cylinder replacement. We have been offered second cylinder as other customers in. Till this date they have not delivered us. When contacted they rudly remarked that we have changed the cylinder with our neighbors. The dealer has their own system by noting down the number of the cylinder when they deliver. Last time when the deliver-man delivered us a cylinder ther were our only our elderely people in the house and did not take notice of the number they have enetered. It is their mistake that the number has been wrongly entered. Now they want to punish us for this. The dealer has written in the gas cusomer book of ours directing us to surrender the second cyllinder and orally refused to give the cylinder.
We are in a state of crisis and feeling humiliation. We have never experienced with this sort of rude communication from 'Indane group'. Kinldy direct this complaint to Indane consumer grievence cell. We still believe that Indane is one of the best consumber care enterprise.
